We were there in February right after it opened. We had the place to ourselves on a Thursday night and it was amazing! The drop floor slides were awesome as was the surf wave. I will say that during the day when the kids were there it was much busier. And the change room is very chaotic.

Of the slides or not. I will suggest more option for food and more happy animated customer service.

We went to the waterpark yesterday and I felt cold almost all the time because cold air from outside kept getting inside through the opened door. They are obviously saving on heating (I've been in 2 other water parks and in both of these cases I could feel a wave of very warm air when entering. I really can't say the same about this one). Also, the place was very crowded - queues for every attraction. By the way, locker's rent (10cad) should be included in entrance fee.

Really cool looking park. Unfortunately we were super disappointed with the available slides. The lazy river was constantly closed, then when they opened it, they only let in 6 (yes..only 6) at a time with the lifeguard swimming with them. They told us they didn't have enough staff and because the place was completely packed with teenagers on a field trip, we were told that if we waited for the lazy river our time slot would expire (45 min away) before we got on. Then we waited in line for the raft ride only for it to break right before our turn. After that we waited in line for the hot tub...shivering. eventually we got in and were further disappointed to learn that the hundreds of tables with chairs were not actually for eating, their purpose remains a mystery. Sadly we were very excited to come here, but after our experience will likely not return. On a side note, the ice hotel is well worth the visit and so is the tubing.
